Occupancy Permits

When researching vacant space, a prospective tenant should not assume an occupancy permit will be issued by the City of Greensburg. A tenant should confirm with the building owner that the space can receive an occupancy permit prior to signing a lease. After an inspection, the City of Greensburg Code Enforcement Office will determine if the space can receive an occupancy permit. The property owner is responsible for contacting the City and scheduling an inspection of the building.
