Greensburg Community Development Corp. (GCDC), has hired Strategic Solutions, a consultant out of Pittsburgh, to support the development of a vacant lot in the City of Greensburg. The lot in
question is located at 225 South Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601 (parcel # 10-04-03-2-027). The lot is
currently owned by the Westmoreland County Land Bank and is working with the GCDC to develop said
property.
