Celebration
American Express created this annual nationwide event to celebrate and support small businesses and all they do for their communities while encouraging consumers to shop local. Small Business Saturday takes place every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Our
Goal
The goal of Small Business Saturday is to remind consumers that they play a significant role in helping the small businesses in their neighborhood thrive, and encourage them to get out and shop and dine at local establishments.
Meet the
Team
The Greensburg Community Development Corporation (GCDC), Shop Greensburg (GBPA), and the Downtown Greensburg Project have partnered with local businesses to organize this year’s Small Business Saturday.
SHOP SMALL Bingo
1. Whenever you find the Small Business Saturday Holiday Elf at one of the businesses listed on the BINGO card, have the store owner/staff member sign the designated box.
2. If you make a purchase at a listed business, be sure to get a signature in any of the spaces marked “Purchased Item Bonus Space”.
3. If you complete a standard BINGO (5 in a row) your name will be placed in a drawing for a chance to win a gift card to a participating business or sponsor. Shoppers will win a gift card valued at $10 – $50.
4. Completed cards may be dropped off at any of the participating businesses. All participants must include their name, phone number, and mailing address below in order for us to contact the winners on December 1st. Good luck!
