The Greensburg Community Development Corporation has three priorities: expanding Cultural and Shopping District offerings, increasing private and public investment within the downtown area, and strengthening Greensburg’s neighborhoods. By working with GCDC, we assist commercial property developers, investors, business owners, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and individuals make successful, productive investments in the City of Greensburg.
Working with GCDC
The GCDC provides a broad range of services from general community information to an list of available commercial properties. The commercial property listing contains building specs and contact information for property available for purchase or lease. Contact the GCDC prior to signing a lease or making an offer to acquire a property so a plan can be developed to ensure smooth transition. When working with GCDC, the staff can assist with identifying both private and public funding sources for both business start-up and commercial property projects.
The GCDC has developed strong relationships with several private organizations and public agencies embracing the common goal to improve Greensburg. Each partner possesses knowledge, programs or services enabling a developer or business owner to complete a project. When the time is right, the staff can bring together our partners to assist with your project.
