GCDC presents a check to Main Street Sweets for new signage.
Commercial properties located within Greensburg’s Downtown and Gateway Districts are eligible for grants of up to $5,000 to improve their exterior façades. The program provides financial assistance in the form of matching grants to complete building or storefront renovation/restoration projects. The 2021/2022 program has been funded by a generous grant from the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County Greensburg Foundation Fund and is administered by the GCDC.
Prospective applicants must review the City of Greensburg Design Guidelines and Facade Improvement Grant Application Guidelines before applying. Additional details and requirements are in the application document.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all funds are awarded.
